Mindy Rhoades, M.A., LPC-Candidate

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate at Allied Counseling Associates in Edmond, OK.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and enjoy using it to help clients process trauma. I also use other research-based interventions to meet the needs of my clients. I have worked with adult clients who have suffered difficult childhoods, sexual trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I am passionate about helping those who've experienced religious or spiritual trauma or abuse.

I received my Master's degree from Oral Roberts University and my Bachelor's degree from the University of Tulsa. I am a member of the American Counseling Association.

I am a wife, cat mom, avid football fan, geek (Doctor Who, Harry Potter, and various series of Star Trek), and life-long Oklahoman.
